LMR Consulting Engineers was founded in 1988 and is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, of Northern California. We specialize in mechanical engineering design services such as HVAC, plumbing and piping systems. Project types include single and multi-family residential, multi-use, retail, commercial, restaurant / food service and office projects.
Although most of our projects are located in California, our firm has professional engineering licenses in most of the western states. This allows a seamless design service for our clients who have projects in multiple states.
Our policy is to have the principals directly and personally involved with all phases of the project, from conceptual planning and design work through construction and owner acceptance. Our goal is to support the client by providing coordinated quality engineering services at a reasonable rate. As the company's principal, I am confident that we can provide a complete and sound engineering design service.
