Central Plant: Expansion of the central plant cooling system. Addition of chiller and cooling tower, circulation pumps and associated piping and controls systems.

Bottling Process Expansion: Addition of HVAC system for the bottling process expansion. Modifications to the process piping systems.

Quality Assurance Building: Renovation and modifications to the existing facility. Expansion of laboratory and testing rooms.

Renovation and Expansion: Renovation and expansion of existing facility. Complete new HVAC, exhaust and refrigeration systems. Complete new plumbing and piping systems. Addition of new kitchen and food preparation areas with class one and two kitchen exhaust air hoods.

Addition of a sump pump and storm drainage piping system and connection to the existing site storm drainage system.
